Note: We use chescoweb.net & xyz.com as  example domain names, You must  replace these names with your domain name when applying these settings

1. Start Outlook

2. In the "Tools" menu select "E-Mail Accounts". The Email Accounts window will open.

3. Select the "Add a New e-mail account" and click the "Next" button.

4. The E-mail Accounts window appears. Select "POP3" and click the "Next" button.

Remember: Type your domain name when applying these settings.

5. Fill in the User Information. Enter you name and your full e-mail address

     E-mail address example: johnsmith@yourdomain.net

6. Set the incoming and outgoing mail server to mail.yourdomain.net.

NOTE: If you are connected to an ISP such as Earthlink that does not allow mail forwarding, then refer to the ISP's instruction for setting the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server settings.

Remember to use type in your domain name when applying these settings.

7. Fill in the Logon Information. Your "User Name" is the same as your e-mail address.
Your password is issued by your e-mail administrator.

8. Do not check the box next to "Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)".

9. Click the "More Settings" button. The "Mail Properties" window appears.

10. Click the "Outgoing Server" tab at the top of the window. Check the "My server requires authentication" box. Click the "OK"  button.

11. The setting window disappears. Click then "Next" button at the bottom of the "Settings" window.

12. Under the advanced setting or more setting, check the "use same settings as incomming mail"

13. click the finish or apply button
